Jocelyn Velazquez (She/Her) serves as Vice President of CDFI Lending Partnerships at Community Reinvestment Fund, USA (CRF). She leads business development for CRF’s Loan-to-Lender and Participation Lending Programs, which are designed to help CDFIs manage liquidity and expand their impact through flexible capital solutions. Based in Chicago, Jocelyn is passionate about strengthening the CDFI ecosystem and advancing equitable access to capital.
