Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis

Location: Minneapolis, MN – Remote option is available


The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for the modeling and analysis of the financial position of CRF and its affiliates. The Manager will provide a wide range of modeling, analysis and reporting to manage the financial risks, develop pricing strategies, valuation methodologies and results. The position works closely with the management team to provide tools and analysis to effectively plan, forecast and monitor financial results. The position develops efficient and accurate processes to provide external and internal reporting in compliance with covenants, regulatory and board policy. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will assist with the financial reporting to the board and board finance committee.

Salary Range

$95,000 to $105,000 annually

Modeling and Analytics

The position will be responsible for developing and maintaining the financial models to manage financial risk, raise, price, and deploy capital.

  • Asset liability management
  • Pricing models
  • Balance sheet
Strategic Finance, Forecasting, and Planning

The position will be responsible for strategic financial planning and forecasting.

  • Annual planning
  • Financial forecasting
  • Capital planning
  • Assist with annual audit schedules

The position will assist with internal and external management-type reporting.

  • Program and product reporting
  • Board reporting

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Five to ten years of experience in the financial industry as an analyst, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
  • Ability to communicate complex accounting concepts to all levels of the organization
  • CFA or CFA candidate required
