As CRF’s General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, Chapin advises the organization on corporate legal issues and oversees corporate compliance activities. In this role, Chapin helps CRF leaders to comply with program requirements and applicable laws.
Prior to joining CRF in 2013, Chapin worked as an internal auditor for a government contractor and managed contracts for a health system.
Chapin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Macalester College, his Master of Science from Oklahoma State University, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School. He is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
