Mac McNeil leads CRF operations and supports CRF’s current and future business growth by leveraging team skills, customer experience, systems, and processes to integrate operations.   

Mac is a longtime banking industry executive with a strong background in process improvement, compliance, risk, and management. He joined CRF in 2021 after working in several operations roles with Synchrony, Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase and the United States Army, where he served as a military intelligence analyst.  

Mac has served on seven nonprofit boards and councils, including his current service as Chair of Dee’s Dream, a foundation that raises money for disadvantaged youth to play organized sports.
