As CRF’s Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Jennifer Anderson oversees the organization’s administrative operations by developing and setting strategic goals for each department, managing inter-departmental communication, and collaborating on policy implementation.

Anderson joined CRF in 2015 and has served in several roles at the organization, including senior vice president & chief financial officer and president. She has extensive experience as a senior executive in the financial services industry, including strong qualifications in strategic planning, change management, asset-based funding and staff development and leadership.

Prior to joining CRF, Anderson served as vice president and treasurer of AgriBank, FCB and held various leadership positions with Ally Financial. Earlier in her career, she worked in the fixed income markets as a trader and analyst with Bank of America.

Anderson earned her Bachelor of Science in economics with a mathematics emphasis from the University of Minnesota.
