> Napollo Software Design

For entrepreneurs building businesses in today’s digital economy, a strong online presence isn’t a luxury, it’s a lifeline. Napollo Software Design Company was founded on that belief. Built by professionals with decades of experience working alongside small and medium-sized businesses, Napollo has grown from a traditional software and web development shop into a full-service, AI-powered marketing and digital transformation partner, serving healthcare providers, veterinary practices, professional services firms, and small-to-mid-sized enterprises across the United States.

Founder and CEO Ahmad J. Butt started Napollo after recognizing a gap in the market: many businesses invested heavily in technology and marketing but didn’t see a clear return on that investment. He set out to build solutions that didn’t just look good, but generated measurable business outcomes. “What drew me to this business was my passion for entrepreneurship, technology, and helping organizations solve complex growth challenges,” Ahmad said. Today, Napollo helps organizations across North America harness AI-powered marketing, custom software development, automation, and digital growth strategies to scale efficiently and compete in an increasingly digital world.

Finding the Right Fit with CRF

Ahmad connected with Community Reinvestment Fund, USA (CRF) through the New York City Future Fund, which provided Napollo with a small business loan carrying the low rate and manageable terms he was seeking to help navigate cash flow and financing. Sponsored by the New York City Department of Small Business Services (SBS), the NYC Future Fund provides small business owners access to flexible capital to navigate market changes and support growth. For Napollo, the Future Fund delivered exactly what Ahmad was looking for: a highly competitive rate and simple terms that have made managing the business’s cash flow and finances far easier.

A Collaborative, Relationship-Driven Process

Ahmad describes his experience working with CRF as a positive one from start to finish. “What stood out most was the personalized approach and the quality of the people involved throughout the process,” he said. “The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in understanding our business and goals rather than treating us like just another transaction.” Compared to other organizations Napollo has worked with, Ahmad found CRF’s process more hands-on and relationship-driven, with a level of communication that made the experience feel collaborative and tailored to his business’ needs.

The financing has been used to refinance existing debt and provide critical working capital, giving Napollo the financial footing to operate with greater stability and confidence. That stability has translated directly into growth: the company has expanded its team by hiring additional employees, invested in business development through industry trade shows and events, and established a dedicated office space, including securing a commercial lease to support long-term operations. “The financing provided not only the resources to grow but also the confidence to pursue opportunities that would have otherwise taken much longer to achieve,” Ahmad said. As a result, Napollo is positioned to retain 56 existing jobs and create six new positions, expanding opportunity in the community where it operates.

What’s Next for Napollo

Looking ahead, Napollo plans to continue investing in artificial intelligence and automation technologies to help clients achieve even greater efficiency and growth, while also pursuing strategic acquisitions that complement its existing capabilities and expand its market reach. Ahmad points to the company’s long-term client relationships, repeat business, and referrals, along with industry recognition for its AI-powered marketing systems and custom software development work, as the strongest validation of Napollo’s approach. ” Seeing clients increase revenue, streamline operations, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach continues to be the most rewarding part of what we do,” Ahmad said.
