As CRF’s VP of Program Design and Execution, Alexandra Tesser is responsible for designing funding structures and programs to help enable CRF’s mission and vision. She works collaboratively with community partners and stakeholders to co-create and implement program-based solutions that scale capital access for small businesses in communities historically excluded from the financial mainstream.

Prior to joining CRF, Tesser served as the Director, Head of Investor Relations at Next Street where she focused on filling financing gaps in the small business ecosystem. Previously she worked in impact investing based in Kampala, Uganda with eleQtra and in investment banking based in New York City with Goldman Sachs.

Tesser holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
