We’re thrilled to announce that Erin Chase, Director of Lending, has been selected as a Top Woman in Finance by Finance & Commerce Magazine. This award recognizes industry-leading executives in Minnesota’s financial sector for their outstanding contributions to their profession, communities, and society at large. 

Since joining CRF’s lending team in September 2022, Erin has generated $40.5 million in lending to 77 unique businesses across the country. Beyond her lending efforts, Erin has been instrumental in expanding CRF’s market presence in states like Nevada, a CDFI desert, and contributing to the development of new lending products launching in late 2025.  

Erin will be celebrated alongside other honorees at Finance & Commerce’s gala event in mid-November and featured in their magazine publication.
