MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Community Reinvestment Fund, USA (CRF), a national Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), is excited to welcome its new Chief Technology Officer, Juliana Su. The chief technology officer is a newly established role at CRF, created as part of a new strategic plan to align and strengthen its internal information technology (IT), external platform technologies and data teams.
Juliana Su brings over 25 years of experience to this new role, having overseen the advanced analytics, strategy and operational vision for U.S. and international technology companies, both public and private. As former chief information officer for Volt Information Sciences and chief operations officer for Openet, Juliana has a talent for surfacing streamlined, straightforward solutions to complex challenges that involve people, tools and processes. She has built multiple high performing organizations with a focus on business, collaboration and adoption outcomes. She also has extensive experience managing technology products and projects across multiple organizational functions for North America, India, the United Kingdom, Brazil and Malaysia markets.
