Small Business Loans
CRF has spent 30 years helping small businesses access the money they need to grow and create jobs. CRF looks beyond financial statements to understand the stories behind the numbers to offer sustainable financing solutions for qualified business owners that are poised for positive community impact.
CRF is one of three nonprofit small business lending companies authorized by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to provide SBA 7(a) small business loans. These loans – with amounts ranging from $150,000 to $4 million – can be used for commercial real estate, business acquisition, equipment, working capital, debt refinancing and more.
A transparent and responsible process
CRF is an agile organization with the ability to make loan decisions quickly, with the goal of making the entire process as transparent as possible for businesses, referral partners and the communities we serve. As a nonprofit lender, CRF goes above and beyond to earn your trust and find the right financing solution. We look at more than just numbers and often can say “yes” even when financial institutions and other lenders have declined. It’s all part of our mission.
Our goal is to improve our communities ethically and responsibly, not to generate profits by charging exorbitant interest rates and fees. Our financing is flexible and accessible to small business owners who may have credit challenges, collateral gaps, limited experience with financial management and more.
All loans subject to credit approval
