As CRF’s Chief People Officer (CPO), Vickers leads all aspects of the organization’s human resources function, including talent management, compensation, benefits, and training, development and performance management. Vickers also leads efforts to promote employee experiences that create a work culture of inclusion and quality employee engagement, and partners with department leaders to advance the overall mission and strategies of the organization.
Vickers’ 20+ year career extends across talent acquisition and retention, coaching and mentorship, HR data and analytics, change management, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). From hiring to retirement, Vickers is focused on optimization, bringing out the best in people and building an inclusive and engaged culture.
Prior to joining CRF, Vickers served as the VP of HR for CONNECT, an insurance provider marketplace powered by American Family Insurance. As a member of the senior leadership team, Vickers led cross-enterprise human capital efforts and served as head of the HR organization.
Vickers earned her BS degree in business administration and psychology from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.
