Randi Zeller

VP, STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS AND DEVELOPMENT

As the VP of Strategic Partnerships and Development at Community Reinvestment Fund, USA (CRF), Randi Zeller builds partnerships that enable CRF’s mission of supporting historically underrepresented small businesses. She cultivates relationships with public sector partners and supports the development of programs that utilize CRF’s technology solutions, services, and lending products. Randi specializes in various aspects of the State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI), including fund deployment and reporting. She also leverages CRF’s technology solutions within Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund coalitions and public-private partnerships to support small businesses.

Prior to joining CRF, Randi served as Director of Small Business Services for Mobility Capital Finance, a digital banking platform that supports underserved communities. Additionally, she was a member of the CASE task force that created the California Rebuilding Fund, one of the state’s pandemic loan initiatives. Randi also served in senior legal roles and as a partner of both McKinsey & Company and Kearney. She currently serves as chair of the Finance Committee on the board of the CAMEO Network, a support organization nationally for CDFIs and other microlenders.

Randi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Amherst College, a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, and was a fellow at Stanford’s Distinguished Career Institute.
