EVP and Chief Lending Officer Alexis Dishman was named Partner Awardee by ProsperUs Detroit
We’re excited to share that Community Reinvestment Fund, USA’s (CRF) EVP, Chief Lending Officer Alexis Dishman was selected as one of ProsperUs Detroit’s Monica Echeverri Casarez Neighborhood Hero Award honorees. The Monica Echeverri Casarez Neighborhood Hero Award spotlights entrepreneurs, community advocates and small business supporters in neighborhoods across our region. Dishman was honored for leading CRF’s partnership with ProsperUs and for her profound dedication to expanding capital access to businesses across the region.

Dishman leads CRF’s small business lending operations where she is responsible for overseeing the lending team, managing organizational risk and expanding CRF’s technical assistance program for customers. With over 20 years of experience in both corporate and nonprofit sectors—and more than 14 years specifically in small business lending, Dishman brings a deep understanding of community finance and economic development.
