Community Reinvestment Fund, USA (CRF) is thrilled to share that Ben Jirik has recently joined the organization as a senior loan officer.

Ben will work closely with entrepreneurs to connect them with capital and resources designed to support them along their small business journey.

“With his deep understanding of credit and commitment to helping entrepreneurs access otherwise unavailable capital, Ben will be a valuable addition to the CRF team,” said Alexis Dishman, svp and small business chief lending officer. “We are excited for Ben to join our organization and help CRF to continue providing capital and resources to small businesses with a history of underinvestment.”

Prior to CRF, Ben served as a loan officer at Michigan Women Forward where he evaluated loan applications and provided technical assistance for customers. He also served as a credit analyst at Detroit Development Fund.

“I am enthusiastic about joining CRF,” said Ben. “I look forward to supporting the organization’s efforts to meet the evolving needs of small business owners across the country.”

Ben holds a BA from Wayne State University (MI) in finance and is located in Detroit.
