CRF Loan to Lender Features
- Loan Range: Up to $5 million, sized to support your balance sheet at a 1.15X debt coverage ratio
- Term: Up to 12 months, with the option to renew
- Cash flow friendly: Interest-only payments throughout term
- Draw Period: Offers a flexible draw period to align with cash flow needs.
- Collateral: Unsecured (collateralization may be required in some instances to mitigate risk)
