MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. November 15, 2022 — Community Reinvestment Fund, USA (CRF), a national, non-profit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) with a mission to improve lives and strengthen communities through innovative financial solutions, has promoted longtime VP of Finance and Controller Paul Tremewan to Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer.
Tremewan has been with CRF since 2016 and manages the organization’s finance and accounting team, including financial reporting, capital, and financial compliance reporting for CRF and its subsidiaries. Tremewan is also responsible for overseeing financial and capital planning, forecasting, and modeling of new products and programs.
In his new role, Tremewan will be the steward of CRF’s financial assets and direct and manage the decisions and actions that affect and maximize the financial value of CRF and its subsidiaries.

Tremewan has extensive experience as a financial leader and Certified Public Accountant and a track record of success at City County Federal Credit Union and CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP since 2005. He also holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Metro State University.
