The Senior Loan Officer is primarily responsible for prospecting and business development functions. Building a robust pipeline of SBA and commercial loans to meet and exceed revenue goals. The Senior Loan Officer will build and maintain a strong and vast network of external relationships that provide lead generation on behalf of CRF’s loan program. The Senior Loan Officer will work to develop other business as needed for consideration of other CRF loan programs and products as they fit into the Fiscal Year Sales Plan.
The position will report to the Managing Director of Lending and will work closely with the Lending team, Credit team, Packaging and Closing team, and Finance. Additionally, the Senior Loan Officer may connect with other departments in the organization and external vendors.
