Finance & Commerce recently announced the recipients of its 2023 Top Women in Finance Awards, and we are excited to share that CRF Senior Vice President, CDFI Fund Programs Jennifer Novak is among the honorees.
The Top Women in Finance award recognizes the outstanding contributions and dedication of women to their profession, their communities, and society at large. Novak was selected based on her past year’s achievements, body of work throughout her career, and her impact on her community.
Novak has nearly 28 years of finance experience and leads CRF’s capital raising, structuring and compliance efforts for federal programs, including the CDFI Bond Guarantee Program and the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Program. Novak’s leadership of these programs has led to the deployment of more than $2 billion in capital directed toward low-income communities.
